Festival Lanyards were very quick to reply to emails, which was great and were patient with my dithering! When I finally made a decision, it did prove a bit frustrating because they asked for me to confirm all the details of what we had confirmed. I do understand it as they are a printing company but it was a bit annoying as what we had agreed on was already discussed and recorded. I ordered 2 types of things and one of them arrived very quickly but then the other thing took another fortnight to arrive! No clear timescale was given and I wondered whether the delivery had got lost or something. I shall be using their service again though.
